We found we have a lien on our property from12/22/06 and it should have been removed but it wasn't and now the company is out of business so how do we go about removing it never went to court on it it supposedly for a bond to release my son from jail on 12/22/06 recorded 01/05/2007 bt we find no court record that my son was in jail those days I have already checked all his criminal records and neither me or my wife remember this transaction

When my 3 year old daughter was born her father refused to sign the birth certificate, he requested a paternity test be done through the state, after paternity was established they then established child support , my question is because he has not filled out any forms asking to amend her birth certificate or acknowledge paternity does he still have rights? I'm getting married and would like to have my new husband adopt her (i know her bio father will no longer be responsible for child support) and everything was done through DES.

How come I am Being served with child support through DES? Also my son who is disabled is covered through the state, there is no child care expenses and clothes and food is split. The mother of our kids makes 30$+ an hour as a nurse can you even file for cash assistance making that much? And it seems like you could just file online and someone gets screwed because des believes the application who filed. I am not a dead beat Dad and I am so active in my kids lives...

I was recently in a relationship with a guy who was verbally and emotionally abusive. We were living together for about 3 months and he was always yelling at me and I was getting very scared. After he held me inside our apartment and refused to let me leave I finally got out and moved out. I tried to keep things civil. He moved to out of state but he says he will come back. He calls the house I am staying at several times a day.  He breaks into my emails and talks to my friends. He threatens me and he gets very angry at times and calls me and says he will do stuff to me and he will do stuff to my friends . I was wondering what I could do. I am very stressed out and scared and I feel like it is getting worse and I need a solution. I looked up about an order of protection but Im not sure where to go and how to do it. Id like to stop him from contacting me, my family, and my friends. I feel that he may be emotionally unstable and have issues that could turn to violence. He says he is coming back to Arizona and I just want to protect myself, my family, and my friends.

My ex-wife and I sought mediation to end our marriage and have custody agreements regarding our two children. I am the non-custodial parent in the agreement. Recently I have been offered a job in another state but want to be sure I know my rights when move across state lines in reference to visitation with my children in the State of Arizona? I'd like to know that I have right to see my children for half their major school breaks and such...thanks for your help.

I see repeatedly in agreements that Tenant is "responsible" for insuring the mobile home. The Act itself doesn't address this, and the agreements also state the Act supersedes the agreements. Is insuring the mobile home a "requirement" in Arizona, or a Tenant "responsibility" which a Tenant could choose to do or not do?

My roommate got arrested for selling a small amount of pot, we got our apartment raided and got evicted within a week, I was never arrested, never charged with anything, and the warrant was for his detainment, the search of his property, and his arrest, my name was not on the warrant whatsoever. The apartment complex now wants to charge us for the remainder of the lease and other charges which comes out to about $9K, what are my options?
