  • paid a full year rent, unit sold with 6 month left before yearly rent due. Does the landlord need to refund unused rent ?
  • i was putting tires in tire ben at discount tire when the cops pulled up and said i was stealing tires and arrested me for third degree burg. that was two years ago . i had no tires in my truck the dopor to the tire ben was open . put the cop said she saw men putting tires in my truck . do the cops have engouh to convict me on just what the cop said

We have tried with home remedies, the land Lord did have one bed room exterminated, but doesn't want to pay to have the whole unit done he says it's up to us to do it. We are on SSI and social security and can not afford to have it done professionally, what are our rights?
  • We have a 1 yr old and when we moved in last oct2015, there was cockroaches in the bathroom. We have cleaned spotlessly, and even bombed the place, yet they just keep coming. For a while, they had their own bug guy come in and treat our apartment once we moved in, but now they stopped. We canot get rid of them!!!! I'm so sick of them biting us, and my daughter somehow eating dead ones. What can we do?!?!? This is our main concern, as they don't do a great job anyways.
