My mother recently passed, leaving an estate of around 100 K, plus her house. Would a probate filing be required for an estate of this size? I am named as executor, and am one of 3 children. Can I handle the paperwork without an attorney?

My estranged wife of 9+ years left me for another man who by her instruction attempted murder on me where I died 2 times that day. She went back to the reservation in AZ where I cannot find her nor do I want to. How do I receive a divorce from her on the grounds of adultery, domestic violence, abandonment and attempted murder. I allowed an ex to move back in while she "got on her feet." She has never paid rent or utilities and we have no written agreement altho it was understood at the time to be a short-term favor. It is now over 2 years and she says she doesn't want to move out until she can afford her own place. When we met 3 years ago she was renting a room in a house which is what I am suggesting she do again now - what are my legal options in terms of requiring her to move out?

Childrens father has strong narcissistic characteristics (thus our divorce) and from the things my kids tell me, I believe that my children are now the ones being emotionally abused while in his care. How would i go about getting the court to look into this matter for their protection? Where do I start?

I had a yr 2 yr lease in which myself my mom and eldest son resided i was only 1 on. Lease. I moved out last yr at which time landlord said they would draw another lease for my mom and son. And never did.in no ember they were to have sold the property. But changed mind. Again stated tbey would draw up new lease. Qith prior perssion and adjusted rent of 350 to be out by 04//15. We met for final walk through and lanlord refused to return my last months rent from the end of my actual lease. Unsure how to file and under what area. Civil or small claims etc

I ask the City for help but they say they can not help me rid my self of a neighbor who is littering my yard & pool with his unkept trees.

My old Apartments received a judgement for 2400 and now the collection agency is trying to get 3000. I asked for all proof of debit and judgment and all they sent was a copy of lease and the ledger from apartments adding the extra 600. Can they collect more then the judgment?

If your rent is due on the first of the month, and you pay it before the fifth of the month, can he charge late fees in those first 5 days?

I live with my ex girlfriend. It has become turbulent. The past year plus she has physically/verbally/objects thrown at me/harassing email-text/threats on my life-police-suing me etc. This is a daily event. I have been told by family to file a PFA. She has no car and we dont know anybody here(From out of state). I work at home and pay 99% of the bills. Along with all the above issues my business is is also affected affected(I am forced out of the apartment almost daily). I am concerned that if I get a PFA they will ask me to leave because I have a car(she does not)--now what?-plus im a guy?

My son is abt to be 4 years old. He has my last name because while I was pregnant his father was abusive physical & emotionally hurting me , he was also abusing drugs and dealing drugs . He was putting too much stress on me I wanted him as far away from me as possible it wasn't good for my pregnancy . When I had my son only my last name was given . His dad & I try working it out but throught out time he was still being abusive , doing drugs getting d.u.i going to jail . Cheating on me I had enough . I met a wonderful man that I fell in love with as soon as I moved on my sons father broke into my apartment & vandalized 3000 worth of my things .. I don't get a penny from the guy . Now he has a black on blank Benz . He has a Bently he has a monster truck . He has a motor cycle hardly Davidson & dune buggy while I'm struggling with my son to get by . My boyfriend was supporting us him & I are no longer together . How can I get child support from the guy without him getting any legal right
