  • we rent a home and are a half a month behind on rent, My roomate and I are both on lease i wrote a promise to pay and faxed to him on monday of this week but my roomate is unable to come up with her part so he basically said he was having locks changed today but we have not gotten any formal eviction notice is this legal for him to do since i sent him a promise to pay by today or would vacate didn't say when I would vacate

  • I assigned a 30 day reservation to rent a unit from a person who later was discovered is not the owner or the tenant on the lease. When I contacted the owner and the management the 30 day reservation is against the rules of the facility. We also received made up fines from the person lying that they were generated from the homeowners association when I spoke to the homeowners association there was no such fine ever levied how much is the satiation call the police and has a police report from this particular person being fraudulent.   • My felony conviction has been set aside. How do I now answer job app question that ask if I have "any felony convictions" or that include an exclusion of "annulled, expunged, or sealed convictions". I now know my case disposition is "set aside" (not guilty, not expunged). Based upon I read in this article, I thought I would be able to deny the felony question on job apps but none of the job apps I've seen have asked for "prior" convictions. I have been logging those questions just in case I had someone to ask on how to respond now that I have set aside order.
  • I am 74 & receiving social security benefits. My wife has Parkenson's disease and receives government benefits and she also has a small part time job. I know that acreditor cannot touch benefits given by the federal government but what is the maximum money she can earn from her part time, i.e., $200, $400, whatever in a month's time yet is not subject to being garnished by a creditor? And what is the Arizona law stating this?
