  • I was late on October rent and the owners agreed to give me extra time to pay, until they learned I was in a bad car accident last week. Now they are saying to pay by tomorrow or they will proceed with an eviction. I am scared to death. My back is broken. The accident was the other drivers fault and I already have a lawyer working on it. Can I get a protective order to grant me extra time to pay rent?
  • My landlord and her husband and friend came to do yard maintance, with my permission. Later when I went outside, I noticed my large area rug that I had rolled up and put up on back patio was gone along with all the Large trash bags I had put aside of aluminum cans. It was obvious I collected/saved aluminum cans, I had desingated a assigned area in the corner of the yard with a "make shift small fence. Is there any way to get them to leave me be?  Do they have the legal right to harass me even though they are the reason I went through this foreclosure?
