  • I own a home, if I get food stamps and health care assistance, will I have to pay back when I sell home?
  • We have received numerous noise complaints. We addressed the issue multiple times. It was determined that the flooring was poor and that the plumbing in our apartment was broken (causes a loud banging anytime water is turned on). Leasing staff entered our apt. without permission and stated they discovered these things. We thought they found the source of the noise and would figure out a solution. Yesterday we received another 10 day noise complaint. My roommates and I are afraid of eviction and we aren't sure what the next steps should be.
  • I am living with my fiancee. I owe him 2400 for things he purchased for me including a car. The situatin at home has gotten to where I no longer want to be there. He signed and agreement with me saying I would pay him back $100 per paycheck until monies were paid. I would like to leave asap from his home with my child and take the car. I began asking the owner in late June/July to have someone check this out as it was not accurate (he insisted the electric be in his name--leaving me unable to speak to/arrange anything without going through him), but he dragged his feet for months until now here we are.
