can my landlord change rental amount,mid-term,on my lease agreement,and how do I stop harrassment from him

I rented an apartment that is totaly infested with roaches landlord sprays for roaches which brings out even more. They r on all living room furniture, ceilings, bed. I have asthma and this is really affecting my health

I've lived in Arizona since February. My husband is in the military. I am now pregnant, & want a divorce. He is verbally abusive and has a strong temper. He just recently tried to commit suicide and was in the pyschiatric hospital. Can I get a divorce while pregnant? Or what about an anullment since he tried to kill himself? Thanks.

I was given a class 6 undesignated felony charge in 2008. Upon completion of my probation it was reduced to a misdemeanor by the court. Were my civil rights taken from me? Were they restored automatically when I completed probation? Can I own a firearm?

My father in law had a stroke in April of 2013 and has been unable to pay his credit card debts including a home equity line of credit through State Farm. He owns a home here here in Phx but has since been relocated to be with other family members in Napa, Ca. in a group home. He receives his usual SS benefits and a small pension of $120 per month, he is also getting his aid and attendance from the V.A. The problem is this, all of his benefits go to his care and he is unable to pay his credit card debts. Since he is no longer living here we are paying his house payment along with the State Farm home equity line of credit since that is like a second mortgage I believe. My question is how do we keep the house in the family and eliminate his credit card debt? which is probably around $20,000. The house doesn't have any equity in it or if it does, it's not much. my fiance lives with his mother in there home they have been renting for a little over 8 years now. he was currently incarcerated, given 3 months in jail. while in custody his mother unexpectedly passed away in the home.I am the only one given by the two sons next of kin a power of attorney to have access to the home. the property manager has gone in and let the aunt take things then changed the locks so i had no access to the home.I spoke to him about paying rent in which he agreed to take payments for a months rent he has taken partial payment and now will not allow me access inside.help me!

We notified landlord we are terminating our lease that is effective through September 08. We actually vacated the house June 11. We asked landlord to find another tenant that could move in before out lease is up so we can get out of our lease early. Landlord said they were looking for new tenant but then said they wanted their friends to move in Jan. 09. They are playing with our money now by not looking for a new tenant. Can they do that?
