  • Teres minor repairs that the mobile home park maintenance has supposed to have had done there have not done the repairs with any reasonable time is it okay for me to have a higher my own maintenance person to have those maintenance items fixed and then charge the park 4 irepairs
  • I own a mobile home in a 55+ community. I currently have no income and can not afford to pay the lot rent. Can my daughter age 22 and friend age 20 move in and live there without me being there? Otherwise I lose everything and that is presently what is happening. I have tried selling but the park says that the person wanting to buy must fill out the background check in front of them, so those interested have not been able to buy due to the fact that most are out of state. I need help NOW, as I have to leave very soon and my daughter needs an affordable place to live.

  • My wife and I were sued for unsecured debt. We have two minor children that both have a bank account with my wife on each. The creditor seized thier accounts. My daughter has a babysitting job she does, and my son's account was set up to recieve his student financial aid. Luckily, he had already purchased books and payed for his summer classes. I have heard that Federal student aid was exempt from this. What can we do to stop this and can we get our sons school money back?

SO, BECAUSE HUD HAS CHOSEN TO TRY AND GET A BUNCH OF PROPERTIES REFINANCED AND SWITCH TO A CONFUSING TAX CREDIT - OR PROJECT-BASED SYSTEM, I AM NOW BEING TOLD THAT I WOULD NOW NEED TO ‘earn’ 3X my current income = 3X $851.00 a month. I am VLI, formerly homeless briefly, compliant with my treatment every day since 2013 etc. I want to be grandfathered in terminable for cause only again.
