My question is how do I go about getting Guardianship/Custody of my 3 nephews. I really need legal advice. I don't want then to end up in the system.

How can I get help ? I have a neighboring tentant and they keep harrasing me. I don't know them or know their names. I've reported complaints to manager about them throwing large amounts of cigarettes at my door- even leaving them burning at my door step. There is a  10 day notice that has passed and they continue the harrassment..

My Ex decided that I could have our two boys for the school year. As for the clild support she was to be giving me the whole amount back, but she seems to have an excusse every week. Now she wants to take them home back to AZ in December (we are in Sacramento)and have them go to school there. what can i do, when none of this is through the court system. The boys have come along way since they have been here.

Our lease was up in May of 2018. We did not resign a lease. We are month to month. We were emailed a letter stating that we had to be out on oct 31 and they are not stating a reason. Is this ok?

I now live in Arizona and have since the separation in May of 05. This summer my son came to visit and he has been asking his mom if he could live here and she gave me written and verbal permission that he could and now he has been here for 3 months with the agreement that we would modify the final agreement and child support. He is enrolled in school and school activities and after school activities and is doing very well. She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time?
