  • I have been divorced for 10 years. My 12 year old daughter recently told me her dad was driving drunk and ran off the road with her in the car. She didn't tell me until she returned after their visit. What should I do? He would take it out on her if I confront him, but I need to protect her. This isn't the first time he has driven her after drinking.
  • I gave revocable guardianship to my mom when I moved out of state so the kids could finish that school year and I started my new job. Now that I have petitioned to revoke guardianship, she is suing me for custody. I am so far and not sure how to handle this.
  • We live in a 55+ Mobile home park. My dad & mom bought it about 8 or so years ago for me. They lived in it and are on the rental agreement But I'm the owner and not on the rental agreement.   • What's the legal way to evict my ex-husband out of my apartment? I am the only one on the lease and he is an "approved tenant". I only allowed that 2 months ago because I moved to California and still had 6 months left on my lease and at the time he was working and was suppose to pay the rent. I came back after one month and had to catch up the rent and move back in and now he's not working or contributing anything, so I want him to leave since I am the only one legally responsible for all the rent. How much notice do I have to give him to leave? My landlord said I have to evict him.
  • Basically what happened is I signed a year lease with my landlord. We completed the entire year and moved out. Turns out they auto enrolled us into month to month without our consent. The bill started to rack up and we had no knowledge of it. They end up gettig a judgement against us without anyone of our knowledge. Its been about 4 years and i found out recently. Is there anyway i can dispute this? Do i not deserve my day in court?

  • I finished my contract to my previous apartments even thought it was vacant for few months. I still paid them. And i called the electric to transfer all my bills from my previous address to the new address so they did. And i did paid it. Then few weeks i have received a letter from them that they paid the electric from my unit. So they were asking me to pay them. So i called electric company to ask if it's really my bill becuase i paid my bill the date that i left and asked for disconnection. I don't know why the apartments are charging me for the bill that wasn't mine.Pls help need an answer
  • my violations are: Assault-no injury; disorderly conduct. Court date on January 29,2016. Released on signature. If the Plaintiff does not appear to press charges,will my charges be dropped? Because Plaintiff does not want to press charges. What is my next step aside from appearing in court? Do i need representation for this violations?
