  • What are HUD's rules regarding mold in an apartment and that I am not the one who cause the mold. I am not being told the truth by anyone. I need to know how to properly handle this.

This is right outside my windows, and the noise is unbearable. I've talked with the managers office staff and they say that have sent them letter to desist and stop. The neighbors are still building.
