I signed a rent lease prior to the Covid19 pandemic. I'm supposed to be moving into the apartment in April but got layed-off from the job. I contacted the apartment owner but they're unwilling to cancel or postpone the lease. What are my rights with the current climate of the Corona virus pandemic?

My daughter Kristen was my Payee when I lived in Atlanta but now I live in Phoenix with my other daughter. I think Kristen is trying to steal my properties I saved to sell for my retirement and I don't know what to do to get them back. She won't answer calls or letters and I think her husband is paying the realestate taxes so that he can own my properties eventually. I am about to lose everything I ever worked and saved for. She paid no rent for 12-17 months. We started charging her $400. The going rate is $641. Her grandchildren noe lives with her, they have 6 phones, wouldn't pay the money for months now she pays $400. I want to sell now, evict her she says I can't I want to move and sell my house. Help

A few days before I turned 18, my adopted family of 4 years kicked me out and dropped me off at my birth mothers house. (Who is not capable of taking care of me) they didn't even give me a quarter of my belongings and I also didn't receive any of my documents (I.e birth certificate, social security card, etc) this has caused me many problems in the year since dealing with trying to get a car, registering for college and other things. In order to get new documents, I need to have other documents and I have none. Is there something I can legally do?

My wife and I were married in Washington 2 years ago. She had an 8 year old child already and I have been dad but clearly not the biological father. She wants a divorce. Can I be sued for child support?

I am living with my fiancee. I owe him 2400 for things he purchased for me including a car. The situatin at home has gotten to where I no longer want to be there. He signed and agreement with me saying I would pay him back $100 per paycheck until monies were paid. I would like to leave asap from his home with my child and take the car. He holds the title in his name. Can I legally leave with the car since it is not paid off yet. The agreement was not notorized
