  • What if I want to file a small claim against my previous landlord in Tucson but I no longer live in Arizona? Does this have to be done in person?
  • My year long lease expires July 31. I received my lease renewal letter on July 22 (letter dated July 18) advising me that the monthly rental amount will increase by $75 effective August 1! How much notice must be given for such a large (or any) increase and when would the increase go into effect?
