  • My Brother is a 32 combat veteran of the 5th Special forces group. He was arrested yesterday for aggravated assault. He is heavily medicated due to injuries and may be a threat to his family. His wife called me yesterday asking me to help but I do not know what I can do. Can some one offer me some advice on what, as his brother, I can do?
  • I am a single mother of a 12 year old -turning 13 in less than a month- my son was born out of wedlock in Las Vegas, NV (Paternity was established) When he was about a year old, his father decided to leave. After we broke up, he then stayed in NV for a couple of months, then moved back to Mexico. My son and I moved to AZ in 2009. We have been residing here since then. Father has not made an effort to see/talk to son. I had to leave to Chicago due to family medical reasons and taking care of my elderly parents. The roommates have not paid rent for the past two months and are running up a bill that I can no longer afford. I am concerned that the roommates are trashing the apartment and take my belongings. how do I evict them? they are not on the lease, refuse to be on the lease and are 19& 22 yrsol
  • If the house is unhabitable due to rodent activity and poison all over the house, upon move in, can we get refunded and pull out of the agreement. Because we got an inspection the day we got the keys and it's infested. They also told us as we were signing the lease that there are no mice and no termites. Which we found out through a pest company, the house had both.
  • My husband and I just bought a condo, and we don't have hot water. Our HOA charges us for hot water (boiler is used), but we don't receive any. Our water comes out at 100°F as the warmest. I've spoken with HOA & he started that it will be about 8 months before we get any hot water due to the repairs needed. Should we still be charged for hot water usage? Is it legal to not provide hot water to tenants and charge them for it?

  • I ordered a Printer from U-Bid for 75.00 and I used my Pay Pal account to pay for the purchase. When the ordered merchandise arrived, I received 3 printers instead of the one I ordered. Later I was billed for the two not ordered printers original printer was paid through pay pal. The second 2 Printers were billed, without my permission, on my Visa account at Wells Fargo. What is my legal responsabilty for the two extra printers. mailed and charged to me without my authorization.?
