  • I moved into a house 7 days ago and informed the landlord that the toilet was clogged, dryer didn’t work, shower broken, refrigerator broken and some other various things. I have lost hundreds of dollars worth of food. I have been buying dry ice. He said he is purchasing a new one today but won’t reimburse me for it. I paid a $1400 deposit and $1400 rent. What can I do. I have children living with me and no money to buy more food or coolers.

  • My proprty is seduced to be sold today at a Trustee's auction. I had a new loan approved for past two weeks that would pay the existing note in full, the trustee deliberately withheld the final payoff statement until 4:59 p.m. on the day prior to the foreclosure, making it impossible to fund on the new loan in time to stop the sale. Is there anything we can do to stop the sale and buy ourselves a few days to get the new loan closed?
  • Thank you for allowing me a question....and answer. I leased a house October 2017, with a one year lease. After that it was "technically" on month-to-month. My husband and I purchased a house in Cave Creek with a VA loan closing in May 2019. To make it "easier" for my Landlord I found him a replacement tenant. She was accepted. My nightmare began.....she had the house - my purchased house fell out....the LL ignore me.......literally making me vacate the premises so the new tenant could move in. I was verbally abused - my property thrown on the driveway. I was homeless. Help?
  • I am listed as an occupant in my boyfriends apartment. There was an incident that i allegedly damaged a car parked outside the apartment complex gates. The incident was reported 2 weeks ago and there is no physical evidence that proves i did it ans no arrest was made after being questioned by police. I was delivered with a notice to vacate the apartment or my boyfriend would be evicted. Is this legal? Can they do that? We're current and paid up on our rent as well.
