I Have a property than I want to sell, the renter does not want to purchase the home. This renter put in new stove, frig, dishwasher, microwave. When I ask them to leave can I legal have them replace all the prior items? They also did improvements with out written approval, and they are demanding compensation. How do I protect myself? I work in the construction industry as a foreman and have to stop by the office most mornings and afternoons to look at project packets, file time cards, and gather necessary tools for the jobsite. The company does not compensate me for this time at all. Is this illegal? Who do I report it to? In addition, I was recently fired for complaining about this as well as many other safety issues.

My father in law had a stroke in April of 2013 and has been unable to pay his credit card debts including a home equity line of credit through State Farm. He owns a home here here in Phx but has since been relocated to be with other family members in Napa, Ca. in a group home. He receives his usual SS benefits and a small pension of $120 per month, he is also getting his aid and attendance from the V.A. The problem is this, all of his benefits go to his care and he is unable to pay his credit card debts. Since he is no longer living here we are paying his house payment along with the State Farm home equity line of credit since that is like a second mortgage I believe. My question is how do we keep the house in the family and eliminate his credit card debt? which is probably around $20,000. The house doesn't have any equity in it or if it does, it's not much. My girlfriend is renting a property from a family friend,who claims she is renting for her mother.The property is co -owned by another person who is unaware of the property being rented out.The mother passed away and the family friend is evicting my girlfriend for nonpayment of rent.Until the family friend provides proof of ownership.Should my girlfriend try and establish contact with the other owner?So,he is aware of his property being rented out without his knowing.

My tub had a crack in it and was reported in or around 4/21. The main bathroom was demolished wall and floor exposed... it is now 7/30 and we have not had a place to shower or take a bath...many excuses about maintenance man calling off work or having other jobs to do.
