I am a senior and live in 202 HUD housing. Management just put notices up on my apartment building: "No Mask No Entry." Is my apartment building considered a Public Place/Setting according to the new Tucson/Pima County Ordinances regarding Face Coverings? If so, and I refuse to wear one technically I could be restricted access to my apartment.

With our state on stay at home order due to the pandemic are we still having to provide our child for visitations even if it would mean the child would travel to another city and be more exposed as a result? And if so wouldn’t that be breaking the stay at home order? If we don’t do it would that be considered breaking the visitation order?

I recently received 2 notices, one from my HOA and one from an attoney's office saying that I have ignored a violation notice. I never received a any notice prior to the these notices and now that are telling me I own them $500 for notice and attorney fees. How is this fair? And what can I do?

can charges be changed 3-4 times and each being signed by different judges, then filed, without any new evidence?

I am a truck driver and I drive the company truck. My company is asking me to sign a policy in which if there is any damage to the truck I will have to pay out my own pocket. If we do not sign the policy we will be fired. Is this legal? What type of attorney would I hire to review the policy?
