I am new to Arizona so I am not aware, but I move here in August listed in my lease it says my rent in $874.00 the amount for taxes is not listed however I am charged taxes. Also my lease says if I am late on my rent after the 2nd there is a late fee of $50 and thereafter it will be $10. After the 5th day I received a 5 day notice on my door in which they charged me $25 for putting a 5 day notice on my door and they taxed the $25. That amount is not in my lease. Is this legal? shouldn't both the tax amt and the 5 day notice fee be listed in my lease?

We live in a small private property community with private roads. Every morning and afternoon we are over loaded and blocked in by parents using our neighborhood to drop off and pick up kids. They ignore all our signs and block anyone from getting in or out safely. We have buses that come and get our kids and they can’t get around the neighborhood because of the parking on both sides of the road. The street are more narrow as they are private and we pay for all up keep. We know we can block the roads off but what else can be done to get those people out and off our streets?

I had my parental rights terminated in 2008 to my oldest son and to this day the judge is ordering me to pay monthly child support to my ex sister in law who only has gaurdianship of my son. I was recently incarcerated due to no payment. I don't understand why or how this is possible that I am not only having to pay monthly child support but my sons father doesn't have to pay anything.Dont get me wrong he's my son and my responsibility but I don't have any rights to him legally :(. I appreciate any and every kind of help please and thank you.

When my 3 year old daughter was born her father refused to sign the birth certificate, he requested a paternity test be done through the state, after paternity was established they then established child support , my question is because he has not filled out any forms asking to amend her birth certificate or acknowledge paternity does he still have rights? I'm getting married and would like to have my new husband adopt her (i know her bio father will no longer be responsible for child support) and everything was done through DES.

Can I use legal aid even if my ex-wife used it for our divore 7 years ago?
-
our daughter is 25 yrs of age, she's permanently disabled, the dept of DDD has asked us if we are legal guardians for her, we have a conservative ship superior court order from the state of California, but we have been told that is not recognized in Arizona, so we have elected to file for a guardianship of her in this state since we reside here permanently. I'm permanently disabled as well and on fixed income which means I can't afford legal fees anymore. We need help filing our documents with the courts with all the necessary paper work the first time minimizing travel for health reasons
