  • Our lease is not up for 3 months. We bought a house and know we are responsible for rent till end of lease. My property manager has been aware for a month and a half that we were moving out and also I gave her permission to try to rent it and she has not put it back on rental market. I know rhey are supposed to try to re rent it just wanted to know if there was any guidelines on how long they have to try to get it rented again?
  • I got a equity loan for 30,000 on may 2007. On march 2009 got laid off my home was in foreclosure status. I became disabaled and filed in 2010. During which time my account was given to a lawfirm for collection. Well in 2011 I received my disability and soon after received a new agreement on my home from chase bank to refinance which we did. After this the lawfirm kept at me about owing on this account and they garnished my wifes checks and now shes not able to work their taking us to court come to find out this is my mortgage acct. and me and chase agreed on a new contract back in 2011.
  • I worked here for a short time,they paid my rent. was let go mid month, end of month received eviction letter stating I owed half month plus up coming month. this after I contacted their boss. Paper received cert.mail , is not signed nor does it have dates or amounts on it. Is this all legal? or is this a case of Retaliation? I am a Veteran awaiting my Disability,i only work 16-18hrs a week at Walmart, not nearly enough to pay asap and they know this..
