We were paying our electricity through our apartment complex. They would bill it to us each month with our rent with a 50 dollar service fee. Last month they didn't bill us for it and it wasn't in our bill, so we were waiting until they gave us the bill or it was just added on to next months payment and/or rent. They did add it on to the next months rent/bill and we usually pay the 3rd if every month which isn't late. They turned off our power without any notice AT ALL on the second. They didn't give any warning what so ever. Is that legal?!

I have had someone living with me for the past 3 years as somewhat of a caregiver. I have lupus and Fybromyalgia and there are days when I can not function. I never know when something will happen. I live in an apartment andhave for 6 years. All the other managers knew that someone was with me and why and it was okay. Now we have a new management company who said that he has to fill out a credit report and since he is not working, they said that he has to let them know who is buying the soap, toilet tissue, toothpaste, etc. Since he does not have a job, he does get food stamps. Now, my question is..is it legal for them to ask him who pays for what. I don't think they can ask him that because that has nothing to do with adding him to the lease.

We received a tro from district court on our foreclosure it was mysteriously remanded to state court then dismissed by state court we are under appeal to 9th circuit. It turns out opposing counsel clerked for judge at the AZ supreme court and US court of appeals for the ninth circuit. Neither the judge or opposing counsel disclosed there past relationship! Is this not a conflict of interest? Is the judge not required to disclose there past relationship? Is the lawyer not required to disclose there past relationship? Is it of any use in a dismissal?

I had a written lease for a residence. Before my lease expired, the landlord put the property I had under lease up for sale. When I saw that the landlord had put the property up for sale, I moved out of the leased property two months before the lease had expired. Did I breach my lease? If I did breach my lease, how do I calculate how much money I owe the landlord?

I haven't seen or spoken with my husband in 8 years. I think he still lives in New Jersy but am not sure. I've lived in Arizona for 7 1/2 years and want a divorce. We have no children, no property, no finances, NOTHING to divide between us. How do I go about getting this done in the cheapest, most efficient way possible?

My boyfriend of 2 years and I had our daughter in December 2015. He is the biological father and signed the birth certificate in the hospital and acknowledgment of paternity. My baby also has his last name and not mine on the birth certificate. Unfortunately we no longer want to be together. My question is can I get full custody of my daughter even though she has his last name on the birth certificate? Do I have any rights as her mother if he tries to fight for her too?
