QUESTIONS

  • WE have paid a photographer $600 for items he has never provided and he now refuses to speak to us. We are based in the UK but I have family in Arizona who will attend on my behalf and we feel that a simple claim might just be ignored. Question is : How can we best ensure that we will have maximum clout when approaching the reclaimation of our monies?   • I was immediately told that another tenant is coming and am supposed to come out without any notice then i told them i needed time to prepare but the new tenant started rearranging my tables putting them in one cornerin the shop i rented after delaying payment and was told i owe the landlord nothing since the new tenant had paid for extra six month, i moved out whilst he intended me to witness then continued arranging. Contractor came out and said the only thing did was recovered the roof. Remove anything old office the whole roof needed replace. Been over a week and still nothing on roof.   • I am currently renting out my home to a couple and they have violated the rental agreement on a number or accounts. They have decided to make "repairs"/"upgrades" to my property without my authorization. They have a pet which is against the terms of the lease. They are also consistently late with their rent. Am I within my rights to given them a notice to vacate the property due to breach of the leasing agreement? If so, how many days notice do I have to provide?
