  • Can I get full custody and child support from kids dad. We moved here to Arizona 3 years ago and he hasn’t helped with anything but medical coverage. We had 50/50 but really needing his help raise his kids

And that he was going to do work on the house. He suggested I give him an amount to deduct for utilities till 3/31. And if not I can refute deductions upon receipt of deposit. Need direction in the event I pursue legal action.

  • Two weeks ago I had a discussion with my landlord and his wife about being two weeks late on my rent and would need to pay it on the 14th of November. They were kind and said that would be fine and to come in around rent time to fill out a promissory note. During that time and now his (the landlord's) wife left him because he was very abusive. Now Sunday Nov 2nd I went in to fill out the contract to pay on the 14th and the landlord said he was evicting anyone who had anything to do with her. What can I do I am a single dad with no family in AZ.
  • My husband filed for divorce and I was served the papers. I was unable to go to the court date so divorce was granted by default. Decree says I went to parenting classes which I didn't. Also ex doesnt have to pay child support or alimony even though he left the family and was having affair. Can I file for child support and alimony since we were married for 20+ yrs.? We get adoption subsidy for our daughter and he wants half of that but only has her 48hrs/wk. What can I do?
  • I have a court date for shoplifting 34 dollars from a Safeway and have no use what to expect. I have no priors, and this was just a lapse in judgment, even a mistake.   • My daughter is 17 and pregnant the baby's father is also 17 but his parents are refusing to let him attend any baby appointments or be a part of the child's birth. The baby is due in March and he wont be 18 until May. What can he do legally? He doesn't want to miss out on his child until he is 18.
