QUESTIONS

  • I have been leasing land that my manufactured home sits on since July 1998. I no longer reside on the property, but have maintained utilities and monthly lease payments. The landowner sold the property to a third party. The new landowner has given me 30 days notice to remove the home so that she can build a house on the property, quoting ARS 33-1370 (abandonedment) and an incorrect street address. Would 33-1476 and 33-2149 apply here? (180 days notice and Relocation Fund)?
  • I have 4 grandchildren living me for the last 13 to 14 yrs. Their mother has been in and out and currently on probation. I'm done. They have all become as disrespectful as their mother and I have told them, they need to get out of my house. I refuse to work everyday and come home to a pig pen, when I am the only one paying the bills. The 16 year old told me she that her mother said they don't have to go any where. I have to give her a 30 day notice. Is this true? I cant wait 30 days. I can't call the police and have them removed?

This month she stuck me with over $70 in late fees for the first time. I asked her why she is now penalizing me for the first time and she said she is tired of everyone walking all over her. I am under the impression that since she has not previously enforced the fees that she can't now?
