My daughter is 15 and she still dont want to go visit with her dad, she says dad treats her bad like an inmate and make her feel bad and dont feel safe, she gets a lot of anxiety when its her days she has to go, can I take her to court and find someone that could help us support her at court?

My 84 year old mother is no longer capable of living alone due to several disabilities. She will need to break her lease. The property management company is threatening to hold her responsible for the 6 months remaining on the lease. Does the fact that she cannot live alone any longer allow her to break the lease with a smaller penalty?

What is my rights? I work for a major company and while I had a temp manager they stole two of my major accounts without my knowledge and transferred them to other reps on other teams and I lost out on 1,000,000 in sales. The company has policy in protecting reps from going into accounts that does not belong to them or assigned to them. Behind my back they stole my accounts and next thing I know they closed about a 1,000,000 in business that was rightfully mine. Do I have legal rights? Our company rules of conduct / ethics and policy stAtes that no other reps are allowed to go into other assigned accounts nor other territory that is assigned to other sales reps. This all happened during the time I did not have a current manager in place because my manager left the company and the company was looking for new manager to fill that position. As I stated I had a temp manager who was not my manager. Please advise

I co-own property in CA. There are 3 of us still living on the title, myself, my brother and 1 other lady. I need to sell at least my portion ASAP, but cannot get the woman to even acknowledge my attempts to contact her. I spoke to her once and she seemed very nice and said she would help in any way. Since then she has not answered any of my calls or letters. My question is, do I need a lawyer to help convince her to co-operate, and if so, do I need to get one in AZ. or CA.? My ex and I have a parenting plan now. But, he continues to keep my son from me. Wont allow phone calls etc. I have tried to file a enforcement petition and the judge wont even listen to me. My friend has been living in a house that is owned by someone no longer able to care for herself.He was living in the residence helping the lady with taking care of the house and chores that needed to be done in exchange for rent. A fiduciary was appointed to handle all of her property and now he wants to put the house up for sale. He then ordered my friend out on the house in 2 days. Is that ok?
