  • The property management is asking that I completely replace the carpet in a bedroom. I disagree, and said that it could be easily fixed with spot treatment and carpet cleaning. As stated in the original lease document that I signed; number 8 states to return the house in "good condition with normal wear and tear." They informed me (over the phone) that "spots" smaller than a quarter would NEVER be considered normal wear and tear and would come back within three months of PROFESSIONAL carpet cleaning. I'm having a carpet company evaluate document. If the company agrees with me,w hat do I do?
  • I have been victim of domestic violence for the past 15 years. I stayed with my husband for the sake of my son, my husband has been arrested any times and the police and CPS have been called by myself and my 14yr old son. I purchased gun and have a concealed carry permit. He came at me last week and I shot him twice to keep him from killing me. Now I have been charged with 2 counts of aggravated assault. I do not have the resources to defend myself. I am out o bail for now but do not have the balance of my bond. I need help asap. Thank you.

  • I'm a landlord, I was given $500 security deposit. I even allowed them to unload their moving truck 2 days prior to signing the lease. The night we were due to sign the lease they backed out. Do I need to give their deposit back? They used my home as a storage facility and now my home has an overwhelming cigarette smoke due to their belongings!

  • I am going through a child paternity, custody, visitation, and child support case. I left arizona due to a domestic violence situation with my daughters father. I am in need of legal help and have tried yuma community legal services. He has paid for a really good lawyer which I have no money to afford one at all. He keeps doing things that I had no clue you could do and am terrified of losing my daughter to him because of this. He is not interested in the child for the right reasons. And the child would be in danger in his care. I am completly broke, any thing i can do to get legal help?

  • I have full custody of my three girls. Ages 5, 8 and 10. My ex/their dad is very involved. My boyfriend has a legally adopted son/nephew who Is 18 years of age and a junior in high school.   • I just want to know if my boyfriend will get deported or what will happen to him. So in the past he got charged wit driving wit out lisence. & he had an arguiment wit his cousin outside n was being loud so da neighboor called da cops n they took him to goodyear police department then to 4th ave jail, I called & I got his next court is in 4 days & he does not have a bond. Most likely what will happen on his court date? He is an immagrant. Will he be deported?
