I live in a small town and rent on a primative dirt road that is not maintained by the county. My road is now a major mud pit and has very big ruts that I can't get my vehicle through. I contacted my landlord and he told me that it was not his problem. According to the county it is the responsibility of all property owners to maintain the road yet he still refuses to assess the situation. Can I send him a repair letter??

I live in a mobilehome park for 18 yrs. l. Then I receive a letter by the park lawyer. On the letter states that my oldest daughter broke in my neighbors cars, in the carport and also broke in their mobilehome. This wasn't true at all their wasn't a police report and the manager never send me a letter about it. So I will like to know how I would make them take that off my file. Cause of you get three write ups they will force me to move out of the park and sell it.

we are under contract to purchase a home in a 55+ park, the home is privately owned. at the time of signing we were given a written exception to the two dog rule by the park manager. we have to extend the closing date for two weeks and were just notified that the park rules have changed and the exception will only be granted for one year. the manager said that since the contract expires she can change the pet agreement. the exception we have does not state a time limit and the extension is only moving the closing date. do we have any recourse
