  • I was informed of trustee sale to take place 06/2008 on my home in Florence, AZ. My Husband and I decided it was best to vacate the home with our family before the sale. We filed Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in 2011 and included the home and HOA. We received a letter from an attorney, suing us for HOA dues, post bankruptcy. Wouldn't it already be considered foreclosed from the notified date of sale, even if it was postponed?

I tried to exercise my option at the end of the lease per the agremment but the landlord say he does not want to. They are offering to pay me to get out and I said that would be fine so I calculated my expense to make the move to other comparable accommodations. He refuse to pay the amount and says to to get out or we will go to litagation, . I feel he is in breach of contract. Id rather stay than collect what I feel is my costs to make the move.

  • What would be the circumstance if my landlord and I both thought we had insurance policies and the address was given to each insurance company incorrectly therefor policies did not exist for the address. Who would be responsible for my loss and damages? The landlord is blaming their contractor for the vandalism, and would this be why my landlord toyed with me for 3 months then finally replaced the HVAC unit when they finally had coverage to do so? Because If I ran into the problem with my insurance company I am sure when they tried to file a claim they ran into the same issue.

  • I am looking for a place to live in Flagstaff. I put an ad on Facebook and was contacted by a woman with a room for rent. I told her I was a freshman in college. I then set an appointment with her to veiw the house. I saw the room and told her I would take it. She said she would talk with her sister then asked me if a specific day would work to sign the lease. She contacted me several days later and told me that her other tenants where uncomfortable with me being 18 and refused to rent to me. She knew I was under 21 before I saw the room. Is it legal to deny me tenancy based on age?
