how long may I have a guest stay with me

I would like to know if I'm still eligible for cash assistance for my son (I'm not his birth mother)under the kinship program. I was told by a friend I could receive cash, but I know nothing about this. Because at my last appointment I was told I could no longer receive cash assistance for him .I'm up for recertification for medical, foodstamps and cash, if I can still receive it for him.

My question is I have lived with my boyfriend just shy of a year he was on the lease , I was not however we had an oral agreement that i was living with him along with my son last time and my dog, my mail went there and all my personal belongings where there well on 1/5/18 his parents came to my house changed the locks on me after I had left ( that same day cops showed up spoke with my boyfriend to verify he wanted me there he said yes ) later that night they changed the locks and had all my personal belongings moved to storage which I didn’t authorize , what are my rights and what should I do

My parents are getting a divorce and my younger sibing resides with my mother. Myself and other siblings realize that our mother is addicted to prescribed medications. My father does not want to write anything in the papers about my mothers drug dependency, however, my siblings and I agree that my mom should have to attend rehab to keep our sibling in her home. Is there legally anything we can do to demand rehab?

Do you offer help or assistance to me regarding filing paperwork, etc. for me to obtain a divorce.

I bought a home in Jan and on the MLS it said the house was 1819 sq. ft. When I contacted the city to find out about permits to do inprovements on the home I was told that the sq. ft is only 550 sq ft. I did not notices this on the deed as I was i first time home buyer and had ask that everyone involed walk me through the prosscess. Now I am told I can be fined and made to bring the additions up to code. I have sunk everything I have in this home

My son is abt to be 4 years old. He has my last name because while I was pregnant his father was abusive physical & emotionally hurting me , he was also abusing drugs and dealing drugs .
