I am going through a child paternity, custody, visitation, and child support case. I left arizona due to a domestic violence situation with my daughters father. I am in need of legal help and have tried yuma community legal services. He has paid for a really good lawyer which I have no money to afford one at all. He keeps doing things that I had no clue you could do and am terrified of losing my daughter to him because of this. He is not interested in the child for the right reasons. And the child would be in danger in his care. I am completly broke, any thing i can do to get legal help?

My ex pays child support. He moved out of state in March 2014 and no longer can honor his parenting time nor do I believe he has notified the court of his new address. Is there something I should be doing as the petitioner? Can I report his address change? Do I need to file for an increase in support?

Landlord is upset about possibly having to fix broken air conditioning in a house my wife and i are renting he is trying to say its my fault because i didn't change the filters on a regular time period but has not had a qualified a/c person inspect it just an other tenant who said that the unit is frozen.I feel that he is looking for an excuse to have me pay for repairs when the air is his response ability .What can I do to get the a/c fixed and do I have to worry about a retaliation eviction I have entertained the idea of getting a Tucson building inspector to make him fix the a/c to code.
