Oue lease is up in a couple of days, and the landlords and his family have been there for the past two updating the lawn. We were not notified that they were coming prior to their arrival. This has been an ongoing problem with them. They felt that as soon as they put the house on the market they can come whenever they choose. We have requested in writing that they give us notice , but in last two days they have not honored that . What are my rights?

Where do I have a legal separation agreement turned into a divorce? Husband and I and our two kids lived in Japan from August 2014 to March 2015, he and I got legal separation through military JAG over there. The last duty station we were all at for longer than 6 months was in New Mexico. Kids and I are now staying in Arizona with my mom since March 3, 2015. Can I still file in NM since that's the last place we all lived, even if I don't have a current residence there? -we would both like to file the divorce ASAP.

Thank you for allowing me a question....and answer. I leased a house October 2017, with a one year lease. After that it was "technically" on month-to-month. My husband and I purchased a house in Cave Creek with a VA loan closing in May 2019. To make it "easier" for my Landlord I found him a replacement tenant. She was accepted. My nightmare began.....she had the house - my purchased house fell out....the LL ignore me.......literally making me vacate the premises so the new tenant could move in. I was verbally abused - my property thrown on the driveway. I was homeless. Help?
