  • Had a car pulled out in front of me and I hit him broadsided and totaled my motorcycle and have injuries. He was cited and I found out 3 weeks later he has no insurance. What can I do?
  • My lease is for a year, however my landlord notified me that she was selling her house and wants to buy me out of my lease which I still have 3 months left on it. How much should the lease buy out amount be? She is offering me $1000.00, I currently pay $1050.00 monthly for rent and have always been on time.
  • My landlord has a primary person that lives in the community that acts as the landlord and basically handles everything including maintenance. Meaning, he is the one making all repairs.   • My senior friend cannot pay her credit card debts (her son ran them up and then abandoned her). Her only income is Social Security and her home was inheirited (already paid off when it was inheirited). She cannot afford to file bankruptcy. She quit paying her debts over a year ago- sent them a letter stating that she cannot pay, fixed income etc. One of of the creditors recently sent a letter regarding arbitration. If she does not respond it means she agrees to their terms. I suggested to her that she respond by sending the original letter. Is there a better way to respond? Also, is her home safe from a judgement? I know her income is. I thought I read her home could not be taken. If true, would it require a lengthy court battle?
  • Was arrested Friday at 2100 hours for aggressive assault D.V. in Arizona, I live in another state. Had my pre-hearing, the victim did not show up. Was told about the infraction and what can happen and given a bond. The judge stated that after 48 hours, if the there was no filing the case would be drop. The sheet from the court states the 48 hours on the bottom of the sheet. Can the state uphold what is on the sheet from the judge's court order. And if 48 hours has gone by, is the case dropped?
  • My ex husband's new wife has made a threat-" that if I ever go to Sierra Vista, she will have her first husbands , friends fron the pen, have me "taken care of"". Her first husband was a drug dealer who was murdered, so this is not something I take lightly. And my daughter hasnt seen her dad for over 2 years, because this woman was verbally abusive to her. She is also a convicted felon. Is this a felony crime? And can I be protected from her, or her thug lifestyle friends? I live in Tucson.
