  • I was involved in a Granny scam. I deposited $4930 into a CHASE account in LHC, AZ. When I discovered it was fraud I went to the bank for help. With the help of and FBI agent the account has been frozen with approx 1/2 the money. The bank indicated I must get a court order to get the funds released to me. I have called numerous lawyers and have had no success in getting help. Since this is fraud I have fictitious names and no addresses of involved individuals. What can I do and who can help me get this court order?
  • What is considered "reasonable heating and cooling"? ie. if the heater breaks in the winter, what temperature is considered a point that a unit must be repaired immediately? Also, in the summer, if the AC unit malfunctions, at what temp. is it considered an emergency to fix the unit?

Must I give a reason other than month to month lease? Must tenant reside on property for more than a year before this termination is possible?? Thank you for your assistance
  • Do I have to run credit on everyone that turns in an application to rent my property? What are fair reasons to deny the application without running a background? I have an applicant threatenubg to file a complaint on a violation of the fair housing act, citing race as her reason. honestly, i’m not sure what race she even is but I denied her because she stated on her application that she filed for bankruptcy in 2010.   • What can I do about the Guardian & Conservator, my sister, of the family trust who sued me to prevent my visiting my mother? She falsely accused me of being a threat to my mother. I have spent all of my savings, sold my car, sold personal possessions like furniture, jewelry and tightened my belt as much as possible to stay afloat. Jackie (the sister, guardian & conservator already mentioned) lies to the court continuously about, for example the assets in the trust and slandering and libeling me. In effect, I am paying for her to sue me.
