I have a question about payment of utilities. I signed rental agreement stating that I have to make a tep account to pay my electric bill. I signed a year lease starting in 2-1-12. In December of 2012. The landlord asked if I would like a new lease. I verbally agreed to 6 months. He said he would email me the new lease. He hasn't yet and I am second guessing staying. My lease is over at the end of Feb. Can I still give 30 days if no new lease has been signed yet?
