I need to know what constitutes a legal bill of sale.I have a signed document between to parties for the rent to own.I am now told it's NOT legal.I also made a $5,000.00 deposit nobody wants to count.

I am a new manager and I discover today that one of my tenants,who lives with boyfriend in an apartment that they rent, has her minor daughter living with her boyfriend,which is not a minor, in the apartment for a while.In the lease are only mother,motherĀ“s boyfriend and daughter.What can I do? Should I call social services,should I cancel their contract?Is legal that the minor lives with her boyfriend( or a guy that is not a minor) and the mother accept that as normal?If the guy is giving them money can be considered that as the mother is making her daughter a prostitute? Please help

Hey I live on a small lot and have animals. My dad gave me permission to use the land. I have ten chickens, two ducks, five pigeons, and a pheasant. We have been fighting a lot and he threatens to kill all of the animals, which I have bought or have been given to me. He says that I don't take care of them enough, which I will admit Im not the best at but they have food and water all the time and I do my best. But he threatens to take them from me and kill them every time, which is every time he starts to drink. I don't know if he can because its his land or if he can't take them from me.

What rights do I have while on Supervised Probation? It's been a year with no violations and I still have to call into TASK and I am unable to commit to my field of work because I would be leaving for work in Date land or further at 5 in the morning, and the earliest you can call in is 6. I'm on my third PO, and my first told me six months with TASk and I would be taken off. Then she disappeared for Two months with me calling 1 to 3 times a day. We are senior citizens. A bank is offering us a home loan that we assumed was fixed interest-the rate dropped a fraction, even-then I happened to notice an unfamiliar phrase with a tiny checked box-'demand feature'. I looked it up: the bank can demand payment, calling the loan, at any time without giving a reason. It said that some states prohibit that practice. Is Arizona one? Calling the loan could destroy us and force the property into foreclosure.

I was contacted by the Sheriffs dept. and told an Order of Protection was served to me the past April. I was never served any documents or aware of this. How may I get a record (copy) of this service?

Can a tentant rule out only one parking lot per unit? My tent recently made a us parking out cars inside. Saying only one car is allowed outside. Shes mading up all these new rules the other tents are too scared to do anything.I have had another incident where part or our light stop working inside the trailer.And she dont fix it saying it our responsibility. Need help or just advice on what I can do.

My landlord sent a 5 day notice for Mays rent due on the 14th but I have a 3 day grace period. He put on the notice that I still owe $215 from April's rent which is not correct because I paid it. He admitted over the phone that the $215 was a mistake. Should I now make him send a corrected 5 day notice. I'm scared if I only pay May's rent he can still screw me over since the 5 day notice says I owe another $215.

I have received a notice to move in 30 days...actually it is only 28 days as they did not figure Feb being a short month...is this legal? They want me to move in the middle of the month...my lease is up in 9/15 - they have given me no reason. Is this legal? Can they evict me? What can I do to stop this? I plan to move before my lease is up anyway.
