I rented a home for 15 years. It was bought by a new owner 7 years into renting. A mirrored door in bathroom was broken before new owner bought house. I moved out this month and the owner is telling me I need to pay him for the mirror $650 that was broken years before he bought house. Do I owe him this money? How would I get a copy of the home inspection walk through when he bought the house?

Paid $150 for hair services and was not happy with outcome,. The business offered to fix for free under their 2 week service guarantee. After having the "fix" completed they attempted to charge me $75 stating that I had agreed to pay! I left very angry and wrote to the BBB. The business is charging me for theft and I want to know what options I have as I do not feel I should have to pay more for services that were offered to correct their mistake! I have pictures and the $150 receipt from the original service.

My husband has 3 girls from a previous marriage (joint custody) and I have one son from a previous marriage. We moved into my 1800 sq.ft. home with 3 bedrooms as it is affordable for us without straining and comfortable as we see it. My son is in one room and the girls have the second bedroom with a bunk bed with a third trundle bed so each is able to sleep alone. However, thier mother is arguing that we don't have enough space for them and they aren't allowed to share a room. Is there a law or any grounds to this? Is our living arrangement acceptable?
