  • is there a place in San Diego, CA that accepts AHCCCS
  • I have been paying rent for a room in a house month-month with no lease agreement. I got a written notice saying I need to be out of the house by the first of August, I received this notice today (7.20.16). That leaves me only 10 days or so, is this legal? I want to leave anyways, but 10 days isn't enough time for me to move due to work. Who can I call, I need to resolve this immediately.
  • I live in an upstairs apartment with my 4 children, whuch two of them are small babies 2 and 4 years old. My downstairs neighbor constantly complains that we are making dragging noises across the floor after 11pm. My children and I are not perfect. They need to move about our place and just simply live.   • I am currently looking for a home to rent and have a profile on a housing site. I recently inquired about a rental home. The homeowner contacted me and asked me a series of questions. She then text me how I afford rent and utilities on Long Term Disability and also stated she is worried that my boyfriend who would be on the lease works out of town. My question is are they allowed to profile you like that. Clearly I wouldn't inquire in the home if we could not afford it. She asked if I was aware of the rental price and I expressed we pay more now where we live. She set a showing and now ignores my call
