I filed unemployment due to covid19 and was denied for an overpayment Back in 2014 that I was unaware of. Is there anything I can do to get my benefits due to pandemic?

My question is can a person have two people to be her representative and alternate? Would that be power of attorney? I am at that place in my life where this is urgent I fill out and choose to be my power of attorney. I was just diagnosed with cancer.

My slum lord actually got a judgment against my husband for non payment of rent. The judge would not allow me to show any evidence at ALL in his courtroom I had pics, and receipts of my husband fixing the leaking roof after the SLUM LORD, told us he couldn't afford to fix, and said he would cancel this months rent. He took us to court for non payment and now we're evicted, no place to go and 3 children in school, and unable to get another home in time to move. What can be done, about more time, without having to pay the rent up until 30 days? What can buy a person some time?

My ex wife and I have been divorced for 18 months and it involved two kids. Our divorce decree and final agreement is filed in Rogers County Oklahoma. I now live in Arizona and have since the separation in May of 05. This summer my son came to visit and he has been asking his mom if he could live here and she gave me written and verbal permission that he could and now he has been here for 3 months with the agreement that we would modify the final agreement and child support. He is enrolled in school and school activities and after school activities and is doing very well. She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time? I got a possession of marijuana charge, I wasn't arrested but forced to sign a fingerprint compliance form. The stuff wasn't mine, but it was close to me so I was blamed. It belonged to a friend that was there. If my friend and i go down to the police and explain the truth will my charge be removed and put on him?

my mother recently passed aay. her real estate deed has a joint tenancy w/ rights of survivorship, naming my aunt. my mothers wishes were that the home be sold and proceds devided between my sister and myself..i have lived and cared for my mother for the past 4 years, paying taxes, utilities and so forth. can my aunt list the house for sale at such a high dollar amount, that will never even be considered by buyers? can she make me move ( I am disabled ) when I have nowhere, and not enough income to purchase another dwelling? she (aunt) has already removed all of my mothers personal belongings (clothing,jewelry, cash car I don't understand please advise me, I don't know what to do. thank you so very much

how do I stop my neighbor from tresspassing

My son purchased a home for me. I have lived in it for 16 months. Now he wants me out of the house. Everyone knows the House was given to me. My other son lives with me. When he closed on the Home he put it in an LLC. Not sure if my name is on the LLC or not. I honestly did not think about it at time of closing. It’s a townhome in Scottsdale. I’m on SS and have limited income. My son was diagnosed with mental disorders recently

I have lived at the same complex for a few years. The property has changed hands and the staff also has changed. The current manager has been here over six months. I have never been charged late fees when I went past the grace period and I have some bank information to support that has occurred more than once. This month she stuck me with over $70 in late fees for the first time. I asked her why she is now penalizing me for the first time and she said she is tired of everyone walking all over her. I am under the impression that since she has not previously enforced the fees that she can't now?
