  • I have rented this home for 7 months and during that entire time this house has had sewer cockroaches. Landlord has tried everything but they are still everywhere, especially in the kitchen, on counter tops, stove, cabinets and many other places.I want to break lease based on these conditions. Is this possible? Sewer roaches (American) carry numerous germs that can affect humans and pet health via diseases. What are my rights based on this situation? Can you please help me?

The witness gave permission to my insurance company to release the recording to anyone wishing to investigate the incident. Can I use this recording in court as evidence? Does the witness need to be present in order for me to use the recording? The witness may not be able to appear in court and that is why I am asking.

  • If I believe my tenants have skipped and they are not claiming certifiied mail which is sent to them at the property address, may we enter the property after posting to the front of the residence the 48Hr Notice to Enter and Inspect? This notice was mailed first class and Certified mail return receipt along with being posted . This action was outlined in the tenants Residental Lease Agreement for us to have the right to inspect after giving notice. Are we safe to enter?
