My ex wife and I have been divorced for 18 months and it involved two kids. Our divorce decree and final agreement is filed in Rogers County Oklahoma. I now live in Arizona and have since the separation in May of 05. This summer my son came to visit and he has been asking his mom if he could live here and she gave me written and verbal permission that he could and now he has been here for 3 months with the agreement that we would modify the final agreement and child support. He is enrolled in school and school activities and after school activities and is doing very well. She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time? My son's landlord has not fixed his cooler for more than 10 days. It is so hot he can't stsy there has been staying at his grandmother's. What can he do to get the landlord to complete repairs?

I see a lot of doctrine that establishes the means of acquiring a Protection Order, but I see nothing in regards to the ramifications of filing a false one. So my question is; does filing a false Protection Order, also include immunity from prosecution? Is there any justice for anyone who has been the victim of a system remedy, which has been abused to the point where it has become weapon, rendering it ineffective? Its ironic that a system created to help victims, in turn makes victims. Was that the intended purpose, to deprive fathers of their children and create a plethora problems?

My son was born out of wedlock. At the time of birth paternity was established because we both signed the birth certificate. My son is now 8 and has had no contact with my ex boyfriend for at least 5 years who also currently incarcerated. Does he still have paternal rights? Would now be a good time to file for sole custody?

The home we are renting is set to go to Trustee Auction at the end of this month. The "Protecting Tenants at Foreclosure Act" expired 12/31/2014. What are my rights as a tenant now that this has expired. Can I be evicted without notice..do I still have to receive ample notice if the new owner wishes to occupy the home?

I recently leased my home to a family. The house is 4300 sqft has a shelved/ closeted garage, an attic and a shed. The tenants have storage space within the house and a small amount of space in the garage. I left some of my belongings in the attic, the garage and household items in the shed. Am I allowed to store my belongings in my garage and attic as it is still my house.
