  • My home was sold at a foreclosure auction on 11/22/16. I have never been served a 3 day notice by the new owners just a Summons and Complaint. They want me out of the property and want to charge me an outstanding amount of money and I cannot afford to pay it. They are trying to get a default and judgment against me and I am living in the house with my 8 year old granddaughter. I work 4 days a week and need time to secure another place for us to live. These people are very unreasonable and want me out. I have lived there for 23 years and am having alot of anxiety over this. HELP

Contacted mgmt, then was told there was nothing available, requested return of 30.00 app fee (denied)told non-refundable. How can they take a app or a fee if nothing is available. When lot came available, because of timing had no choice but to take, but we were told rent was now 295.00 instead of 99.00 even after being approved at special offering but nothing available.   • New tenant been here for almost two months. Ac is on roof. The morning after i got key to apartment the roof tile where the ac unit is collapsed because of the drain was not working so the comdensation leaked and made the roof tile collapse. Next day they came to fix. About 3 weeks later ac quit blowing cold and needed more freon. Now maybe another 3 weeks the roof tile collapsed again, the ac drain is not operating and ac is not blowing cold. The water the ac is leaking has a yellow tint to it. From what ive researched thats an indication of the freon leaking inside the dwelling.moretoadd!
  • I am taking FMLA leave to have a baby in March. My HR dept is telling me that they will pro rate the rest of my pay until my contract year is up (I am a teacher). Your website says that once I return from FMLA, I receive the same salary. I cannot find that information on the US Dept of Wages and Labor website - please advise. Thank you.
