Me and my ex wife have shared custody of our six year old daughter for the past 5 and half years. My ex wife now wants to move from chandler to queen creek, changing my daughters school to the queen creek area. I stated this was not fair because my drive would increase to 15 extra miles per trip, adding more drive time during my visitation days. Is this a fair assumption on my part? If we go to court what should I expect from a judge's descision?

Under what legal authority does the father (never married) of my 6 year old, who has been deemed unsuitable for joint custody & has yet been able to abide by basic court appointed supervised visitation guidelines, have to continually bring me to court with neglectful parenting allegations, which are always dropped &, coincidentally, decided that he is the perpetrator in each case? Furthermore, as victim to his court declared domestic abuse (physical/metal), how is it that I am being required to be in contact with the perpetrating father, or at risk of losing my son due to parental alienation?

I am not currently working and haven't for 5 year because I was the homemaker. I'm getting a divorce and since child support requires you put you make a min. of 1255.70 a month can I also put in how much day care will be for my 2 sons even if they are not in day care yet, but will be when I find a job? When entering day care in the child support agreement child support goes up a lot and I know eventually it will be used. I just am not sure if they will allow me to put that in there. If I have to put I make money, shouldn't I be required to add in child care too?

my wife asked me to leave the house 9 months ago. We now live in 2 different counties. She is very controlling of the time that i can spend with my daughter. So, I would like to go to court in order to let them set up some sort of visitation with my daughter for me, something more concrete than just my ex's wims and how she's feeling on the days I want to see my daughter. How do I go about filing for visitation rights. Please help- I am missing my daughter terribly and I know I should be able to see her. Thank You

I sublet an office space that was given to me from my parents to use for ministry. The person moved in on The 7th and because he hadn't meet the owner wanted a full refund stating I fluently rented it, yet still is occupying the space as of today and refuses to turn in keys or move her things. She signed a month to month lease on July 7th. Do I owe her the money back and if not how do I get her out?

If I am moving out of home that I am renting and there are damages made on my behalf, Can I repair on my own before I move out or does the landlord have the right to do repairs themselves and charge me?
