I moved out this month and the owner is telling me I need to pay him for the mirror $650 that was broken years before he bought house. Do I owe him this money? How would I get a copy of the home inspection walk through when he bought the house?

I lived in XXXXX apartments until June 2015. In June of 2015 I paid $406.17 to end my lease and my roomates and I signed a roommate release form saying that I was no longer on the lease. They moved out prematurely in August of 2015. Apparently a sum was sent to a collection agency for that apartment in 2016 and they included my name when they did that. I did not find out about this until I applied for an apartment for my daughter and I in May of 2017 and was denied because of this sum. I called the complex and was basically told that they cant help me. What can I do from here?

My decree states that my ex-husband has supervised visitation. The person who was supervising was my mother, who recently passed away. There is no other family member or friend that can do the supervising. We have tried to have me supervise but we end up fighting during the visit. Will the court supervise or is there a program that will supervise?

How long does our landlord have to repair our garage door? Here's the issue. The automatic system is working, however the door itself is having problems and will not open or close, except for manually. But, the door does not have a lock and is not secured. I've put crow bars in slots on either side of the door but it still opens about three feet. The manager refuses to answer my communications about the door and it's been 24hrs and I'm fearful that someone will get into the garage. Also, it's a terrible pain to go in, pull the bars out, open and or close the door, put the bars in again. Help!

Hello, My husband and I divorced after 46 years of marriage Jan 16,2014. We remained in the same home until I was hospitalized and then moved in with my daughter. My husband got our vehicles in the divorce. He has since passed away Jan of 2015. I found that the vehicles were never transferred from "or" status his name or my name. I am legally entitled to the vehicle. His son was named as the sole heir in his trust.
