  • should the state appoint me a public defender in my case? i was in a car accident in my own front yard and was arrested 2 days later. the judge released me on no probable cause and was dropped the next day. a month later the municipal court sent a letter saying i have all these charges. plead not guilty and to trial. the judge then told me i had to repersent myself and i wasnt getting a public defender. my charges are aggravated assualt w/deadly weapon(2), reckless driving, disorderly conduct, and domestic violence what should i do
