Our divorce was granted 09/26/06. As part of the agreement, I was supposed to pay my husband $35,000 to buy him out of a rental house we co-own with my parents. He refuses to take the money and I am at a loss as to what to do. He now says he wants the house, but has done nothing to procure financing to buy out me and my parents. Do I go to court and petition them to enforce the court order or do I sue him for non-compliance? The property agreement was "not-merged" and I have been advised to sue. How do I do that?

I live in a mobile home park in a travel trailer that has not had hot water for over a year. In Oct. 2015 I sent the manager/landlord a letter regarding his diminution of services and to reimburse me for when he was not compliant. The remedy was for $1100.00 or 2 months rent. Now I find out that Travel Trailers are illegal to rent. I have had many problems with this place, including electric bills that vary from $50 to $100 diff each month. I need to know my rights so I can stop these people from taking advantage of me. My rent is $539.00 a month with no regular plumbing, water is on hose.

I am a disabled female residing in an apt. complex which has been in poor condition since I moved in over 2 yrs. ago. Repairs are RARELY made and I now have a mice, termite, tick, and either a chigger or bedbug infestation which is a MAJOR health issue and an emotional one as well. I've asked the landlord for assistance as I am on SSDI and live month to month. Despite ALL my efforts, she continues to ignore me.
