  • In October 2015 someone stole my debit card I called and told them it stolen and canceled it I received a new one and something wasn't right still. I know who stole out of my bank account I tried to make a police report but the cops wouldn't let me about a month later a sheriff came to my house and said there was least my debut card theft investigation and to com down to the cop station and talk I gave them all my info regarding my debit card he said it wasn't in his jurisdiction and a different pd would get back To me no one will help me and the Banks won't do anything either. What do I do?
  • I would like to know if I have any recourse for management abuse in the community that I live. The managers are sending threatening notices about speeding in the park and proceed to stop and watch me drive through the park whenever they see me. I was going the posted speed limit yesterday and the manager was yelling and gesturing to me to slow down. The abuse has got to stop. We are being targeted. I am sending a complaint letter to the company that owns the park, but I would like to know my legal recourse to file an official complaint with the state housing dept.

  • My question is about signing a lease and the rent is showing 745.00 a month which I signed on July 30th of this year. From 09/01/2015 to midnight 08/31/2016. I was told by the manager of the complex that there was a mistake was made by there computer and that the rent should have been for 796.62. This was told to me after I had sign my original lease. The manager wanted me to initial a additional paper to show that the computer should have shown that the rent was suppose to be 796.62.what I want to know is do I pay the 745.62 or the 796.62.
  • I received a loan check from a company I previously had a loan with at one time. The check had only my name and I was the only one to sign it. Now, due to being laid off, a judgement has been entered and they will begin garnishing my wages. However, they also included my now ex-husband in the judgement and are going to garnish his wages. How can they do this if the loan was in my name only?
