  • My apartments use a "chiller system", and refuse to put on the air conditioner despite it reaching 80+ degrees inside the apartment. Aren't they required to provide air conditioner? As it is an essential service in AZ.

  • When we first moved into our apartment we noticed a bug but didnt know what it was, we killed it and flushed it, a couple weeks later we started getting bit and a couple days after that we caught 2 bugs, we told the office and they "set us up with a heat treat" 2 months later we got that heat treat! We were suppose to get 3 follow up sprays, one every week for 3 weeks. It had been a month since they heat treated and we only got one of those sprays! Now were getting bit like crazy again, 2 weeks ago we told the office we were getting bit and now its worse, Can we get out of our lease? HELP
  • Can I get an order of protection against my husband for verbally and emotionally abusing me and our teen daughter? There is no act of physical violence, but there was a reported act if violence five years ago.   • My landlord entered the property thorough a window and began to move my things out because I failed to pay rent. Without my consent he took a house key while he was inside the property and used it to re-gain access while i was at work. He Showed up to my work ordering me to leave work and move my stuff out, endless phone calls at all hours to my 13 yr old sons phone and so on. On 8/16 I came home to find a 5 day notice dated 8/15 taped to the front door, today I received a copy via cert mail. Do the 5 days begin when the notice was taped to my door or today when received the cert mail?
  • I was involved with a woman and broke things off, she went and filed an order of protection last year, I wanted to fight it judge said if I did I would lose my gun rights, so it was modified so I could keep my gun and rights. That expired last year in July 2013. Today I was served again with another order of protection, Again all reasons listed are False! And now I have to turn over my gun. How can one fight the order of protection without losing gun, gun rights? How can one fight these false allegations? I don't want anything to do with this woman, She is telling lies to court to get order!
  • Help!! Landlord says i cant remove my light fixtures, ceiling fans from home when i move out. I have original fixtures to replace what i installed and the lease says nothing about having to leave them? I am leaving the home exactly as is was when i moved in.
  • i moved out from a house that i was renting from a company,they say they sent me my security deposit refund check but i never received anything and someone stole it and cashed it.Went to the bank were the check was cashed and they told me the company has to dispute the check not me.Can i request another check from my landlord or i have to wait until the investigation is over?
