I was granted a Protective order 2 days ago. I need a victim advocate to clarify the terms granted. OR ANYONE who clarify if I can remove my belongings legally. The police Said he could and he did. I have to move because he has all the money. Im trying to keep the residence, but its gonna be a battle. I have rights to reside here now til hearing on 25th of August.

I went to the local SS office for help because I did not get my SSI check. The said it was a paperwork error and updated my information. Then I got an interview appointment sent to me and went to it plus had my sons wife with me for help with paperwork. I have severe PTSD and felt threatened by security when he stood behind me with his hand on the gun. I went outside and turns out my sons wife told lies, saying I own many autos and a house, I don't, I am denied an appeal, I need my money, I am homeless. How do I get help.

I am a landlord and have a tenant who broke the lease by moving out 3 months early and giving me one day notice. she is not answering my calls or replying to my messages. I have resigned my job due to health issues, relocating to the east coast to live with family, and can not make my house payment, willing to surrender the house to Bank for short sale, or whatever they want to do. How do I start this process. The house will not sell for what I owe the bank, negative equity situation.

we ,my mom me and sister live in a mobile park that came under new management as of resent. we payed $25.000 dollars for a 99 year lease. the new owner has ran most out and is now trying to close the park.... she put a sighn on the front of the park with closer date. there has been no paperwork served to any residents on why or who gives her the right to cancel a payed for lease {without any reinbursement} how can i stop the madness and injustice being brought-on bye her. what legal paperwork court judgement or anyother documents does she have to provide.

My step son live with a girl for about 17 years and he left her about year half ago . She keep on saiding they are marry . He has claim her as a dependment on his taxes at the time they was living together . She never use his last name . I just wonder of they are marry thru comman law . They don't got no home or anything . No kids . Ect !!!!
