We both are not working, but he has a girlfriend during our marriage and she is working.  My question is he told me he doesn't need to pay me his social security or any spousal support due to he doesn't work. • My ex-husband and I divorced in 1992 in KS and had 3 minor children at the time. My ex rarely paid his support and actually owes his children thousands of dollars. The question: the children are adults who have been residents of AZ for many years. They now really need funds and I'm unable to help. How would I initiate an audit of monies owed, and where do I start since none of us have been residents of KS for many years. My ex resides in SC. I have been told there are no time limitations to child support.
