  • My rent is 650 a month now my landlord is trying to charg $810 when there is five weeks in a month is she allowed to do that

I am cleaning up his estate and acquiring a loan to fix up the place. How can I legally do this to get her out of the house since I have no signed lease agreement.   • I was served with an injunction against harassment and was never informed by the plantiff that I was harassing her...we were friends. Now I have been given this form and I don't know what to do...she never indicated that she felt threaten by me and showed no changes in her behaviors that would even give the slightest clue as to her feelings...what do I do to protect myself now...

  • I was an independent contractor for a local company. First, can they require a person to give them 60 days notice prior to quitting? I did quit (didn't give 60 days).
