QUESTIONS

  • If i am renting to own my trailer and i have any maintenance problems am i responsible for paying for the repairs or is the manager responsible for them?
  • My family just moved out of a rental house where we lived for 5 years. In the original lease, and verbally ever since then (even in March of this year) the landlord said we would not have to pay for the condition of the carpeting when we moved out because he was going to replace it. The carpet was not damaged, but needed deep cleaning. Now the landlord says we owe $400 over and above our security deposit. He lists $500 for carpet cleaning. Can he do this? What can we do? Thanks
  • my apartmetns complex recently change management, I have been there for almost 3 yrs never had a problem now they are saying that I have to get rid f my plant, my electrical grill and charcoal grill which I know that im not suppose to use on my balcony, i use it 10 feet away from there which they say its allowed it does not say anywhere on my lease that I cannot have that on my patio balcony now they are saying that i have to get rid of them or they will do it for me is this allow?

They said that I had to pay for the pest control people to come out and spray ..
